Information EliteAEO collects
EliteAEO collects three kinds of information.
- Information you send us. When you use the claim or correction form, we collect your company name, website, your name, your work email address, the profile you are claiming, the plan you are interested in and your message. When you sign in to the provider dashboard, we collect your email address to send a one-time sign-in link, plus the profile edits and placement requests you submit. When you email us, we receive your email address and message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. To prevent spam, the claim form records the IP address of each submission. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services set cookies and record information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, how visitors arrived and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity may create recordings of sessions to show how pages are used.
- Public business information about providers. Our rankings and profiles are built from information agencies and tools publish about themselves, such as company name, website, office location, services, pricing and case studies, and from independent public profiles.
How EliteAEO uses information
EliteAEO uses information to answer claims, corrections and questions; to confirm that a person claiming a profile represents the provider; to run the provider dashboard and send service emails about claims, edits and placements; to understand and improve how the site is used; and to protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Services that process information for EliteAEO
Services that process information for EliteAEO are limited to those that run the site: our web host, our email provider, Supabase (the database and sign-in service behind the claim form and provider dashboard), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you buy a paid plan, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor, and we do not see or store full card numbers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics on EliteAEO
Cookies and analytics on EliteAEO come from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
How long EliteAEO keeps information
EliteAEO keeps claim and correction records for as long as the related profile is published or as needed to handle the request. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can ask us to delete information you sent us at any time.
Your choices and requests
Your choices include asking to see, correct or delete personal information you have sent us. Email hello@eliteaeo.ai and we will reply within 30 days. Providers can also correct their business information by claiming their profile.
Children's privacy
Children's privacy matters to us, and EliteAEO is a business-to-business site that is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
